Dispatch from Southern California

WSI Toys orders are carefully packed and normally ship by the next business day after payment is received. We ship from our fulfillment warehouse in Southern California. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates and free shipping

Free Economy shipping is available on eligible domestic orders of $100 or more. Eligibility is determined at checkout for your order and delivery address. Other shipping options may have an additional charge.

Dispatch time and delivery time

Shipping by the next business day refers to when we dispatch your order, not when it will arrive. Carrier transit time is separate from order processing. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays, weather, holidays, and peak shipping periods can affect arrival times.

Shipping destinations, taxes, and duties

We ship within the United States. International shipping is available only where an eligible destination and shipping method are offered at checkout. International availability and rates are shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected at checkout or upon delivery.

Tracking and delivery questions

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Incorrect address information can cause delays or delivery problems. If your shipment is delayed, appears lost, or has another delivery issue, contact us so we can review the shipment and help with the next steps.
